Covid-19 Light Phasing RED - What this means for Feline Fanatics


  • We will be operating normal office hours and available to take bookings.

  • Key collections or drop offs MUST be arranged via phone to discuss appropriate drop off/collection points to adhere to social distancing.

  • Under no circumstances should there be anyone present or staying in your home whilst Feline Fanatics is caring for your cat(s). Although this is already company policy, we cannot stress this enough to ensure the health and safety of our staff.

  • Our staff will be required to use hand sanitiser before and after each visit and they will be wearing gloves for the duration of their in-home visits.

  • Cash payments will not be accepted. It is requested that payment be made either by internet banking or credit card via the link on your invoice.


New clients are welcome to register their details at any time however, the following measures MUST be adhered to when booking in a Meet and Greet visit:

In-home meet and greets will only be carried out with prospective clients whom have been double vaccinated.

- Prospective clients must be able to provide proof of their vaccination status.

  • Both our sitter and prospective client(s) to carry out appropriate social distancing.

  • Personal protective equipment will be worn by our sitter for the duration of the visit.

  • The sitter will be unable to accept kind offers of a hot or cold beverage during the visit.

  • It is requested that you notify Feline Fanatics should anyone in the household be feeling unwell. No exceptions. The visit will be rescheduled for another date.

  • Details will be recorded in our system for contract tracing purposes.
